THE PROJECT
Decades of research have proven that women's participation is critical to shaping more inclusive, innovative, and profitable workplaces. Yet, we remain grossly underrepresented in the board rooms and C-suites of the world.
The Women on Work interview project aims to narrow that gap.
By gathering the unfiltered perspectives of working women, the project seeks to amplify our voice in the workplace and help organizations craft cultures and policies that promote growth for all.

WHY PARTICIPATE?
The global pandemic has created a unique opportunity to rewrite the rules of work.
From record-high quit rates to rampant burnout, the statistics tell us that the way we work isn't working – and it's especially harmful to women and other underrepresented groups. Organizations need new ideas, new tools, and new approaches.
Whether you are entry-level or an executive leader, work freelance or for a big corporate firm, your perspective can help organizations shape the future of work.
WHAT WE’LL TALK ABOUT
In the interview, we'll talk about your relationship with and experiences at work. I want to hear what you love, what you could do without, and what you'd do with a magic wand. Above all, this is an opportunity to consider what a better future might look like.
You don't need to have all the answers, and you definitely don't need to have any solutions (but if you do, I'd love to hear them!).
Once you schedule your interview, you'll receive a list of topic areas with common questions. Each interview is slightly unique and is, above all, conversational and fully confidential.

Interviews last 45 minutes and are held over Zoom. Our conversation will be recorded, but none of the content will be shared without your express permission.
