How does it work?

  • Before each workshop, we conduct a prep call to make sure we are aligned on needs, objectives, and audience.

  • Our workshops are either in-person or virtual, and depending on needs, range in length from 1-hr to a half-day. We work with you to customize the format and length of each session.

    All virtual workshops are recorded (unless otherwise preferred), and you will receive the recording and transcript of each session.

  • In addition to receiving the recording and transcript of the workshop (available for all virtual workshops), every session includes the following:

    • A debrief call with your leadership team to support you in implementing learnings from the session

    • Additional resources (written, audio, and video) to support learning beyond the workshop.

Pricing

Below is some general information about our pricing structures. To get a quote for your organization, please email us your requirements or schedule a scoping call to talk through your ideas. We love a good brainstorm.

  • We strongly believe workplace learning is and should be continuous and consistent, so we offer workshops in packages of 2 or more. Reach out below to discuss your team’s needs.

    We also understand many organizations like to mix and match outside experts on different topics for their teams, so we’re happy to offer pricing for single workshops, as well.

  • Custom workshops = custom pricing, but we want to be transparent about how we calculate costs. Here’s what we consider when providing you a quote:

    • Number of workshops in your package

    • Audience size

    • Level of interactivity (some teams prefer more presentation-style; others are much more interactive)

    • In-person vs. virtual

  • We know budgets can be tight, especially for smaller organizations. If you are a small, non-profit, or mission-focused organization, we want to support you and your people.
