  • Each audit process starts with a deep dive with your leadership team on their goals, hopes, and questions. Having a thorough understanding of what keeps your leaders up at night allows us to craft the questions and approach that will yield the most useful answers.

    Before any questions or audit survey is sent to your employees, we also help you communicate the process and its purpose with your employees. This goes a long way towards offering the transparency and trust that will drive employees’ participation.

  • All audits include an online survey sent to all employees. These surveys are fully customized to your team and are anonymous.

    We also work closely with your team to craft an engagement strategy that ensures maximum participation.

    If you’ve opted for a full audit, we use the survey results to conduct 1:1 conversations with individuals across your organization. This allows us to dive deeper on the questions your leadership team has and identify additional opportunities for growth and cultural change.
